The new VolkerWessels Recycle unit BFR2500E!

We were also able to realize a Recycle unit for VolkerWessels! The new VolkerWessels Recycle unit is a compact powerhouse! The unit is equipped with various standard features such as an adjustable hook height with which it can be adjusted to the German and Dutch hook height. This ensures that the unit can easily integrate itself into different working environments. There are also cornerblocks placed at 20Ft so that the machine can be transported on a standard container trailer for jobs further away!

Also this unit has the automatic unfolding system that allows the unit to hydraulically unfold, this ensures ergonomic and safe working. Integrated in the platform is an extendable staircase with folding handrails. This has the advantage that the number of loose parts is reduced to a minimum. Would you like to know how this works? In addition, the Recycle unit is equipped with powerful NEDOX coated MCM pumps, HDPE piping and wear plates in the shakers for long life, extended fill points and powerlock connections.

The Recycle unit also has convenient extras such as a 380V pressure washer with reel and water filter for cleaning purposes, among others. In addition, the Recycle unit has a remote control to operate the transfer pump from different locations and an automatic overflow protection.
