𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗻!

For the company Van Vulpen we were able to realize a complete truck body with a 300 liter high pressure pump and mixing installation. The machine is fully electrically powered and can run on shore power as well as on the built-in PTO driven generator.

At the front of the Truck is the storage of the 4 Big Bags of bentonite, which can be both loaded and picked up for placing on the hopper with the mounted truck mounted crane. Virtually all valves are easy to operate with 1 push of a button (pneumatic) Furthermore, the Truck is equipped with automation that makes it easy for the user to mix or pump liquids.

The machine is equipped with:
–         Durable HDPE piping
–         Hydraulically driven hose reel
–         Wide ramp so that the drill can be put safely on the truck
–         High pressure cleaner
–         A folding platform to look into the tank
–         Folding steps to safely climb onto the truck
–         Enclosed heated space for the pipes
–         Storage under the tanks for the drill rods
–         Air reel with compressed air for cleaning the system and pipes
–         A tank possibility for the drilling machine (extra diesel pump)
